Name	Type	Description
`id`	String immutable	Unique identifier of the target list. This is generated by system upon creation and cannot be changed
`name`	String required max_length=24	Readable name of this target list. *Required on creation
`owner`	String required immutable	Owner of this target list, either `global` or a box gid. *Required on creation
`targets`	String[]	List of all targets, supports domain name w/ or w/o wildcard, IP, and IP range (CIDR)
`category`	Category optional	A tag to easily identify this target list
`notes`	String optional	A literal string for more descrptions of this target list
`lastUpdated`	Number immutable	A Unix timestamp that shows the last time this target list was changed
